Orders can be placed online - email@example.com or by phone – 01252 854411.
For orders received before 4pm Monday – Friday, orders will be dispatched same day where product is available from stock. If product is not in stock, customer will be advised of probable dispatch date. See our Shipping Policy page for further information.
Errors and shortages must be reported to us within five working days of receiving the goods.
We must be notified of missing orders within 14 days of invoice date.
If any item is damaged in transit, the customer must refuse the delivery, and mark “damaged in transit” on the dispatch note. To ensure timely dispatch of a replacement, the customer should advise us of the damaged shipment.
VAT is applicable on all sales at the rate prevailing on the date of dispatch. Any liable taxes are included in, or shown with the sales price.
