Returns Policy


If the product you have received is faulty or has developed a fault you can return it to us within the warranty period. Please see our warranty policy.

Before returning a product, you must have an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number.

To apply for an RMA number, please send an email to, quoting the following:

  1. Original Invoice Number
  2. Model Number
  3. Serial Number of product
  4. Reason for return / Nature of Defect

We will email you with a RMA number, and return instructions.

Please send the item back to us with the RMA number clearly written on the outer packaging. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Once we have received the item, and verified the details, we will issue a credit for the purchase price of the item.

If you inadvertently order an incompatible battery or adapter, we will be happy to either provide a replacement with the correct part or issue refund, as long as you let us know within fourteen days and send the product back in its original packaging and condition. Replacement items can only be sent, or refund can only be given after the returned product has been received back to



All products are shipped the same day as order is received* from our warehouse in Surrey, UK, and are delivered next working day to UK addresses.
