Orders

Orders can be placed online by adding items to your cart and following the online checkout process 

Delivery

For orders received before 3:30pm Monday – Friday, orders will be dispatched same day where product is available from stock. If product is not in stock, customer will be advised of probable dispatch date. See our Shipping Policy page for further information.

 

Errors

Errors and shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

 

Non-Delivery

We must be notified of missing orders within 7 days of invoice date.

 

Transit Damage

If any item is damaged in transit, the customer must refuse the delivery, and mark “damaged in transit” on the dispatch note. To ensure timely dispatch of a replacement, the customer should advise us of the damaged shipment.

 

 

Tax

VAT is applicable on all sales at the rate prevailing on the date of dispatch. Any liable taxes are included in, or shown with the sales price.
