Returns Policy
If the product that you have received is defective and you let us know within 30 days of receipt then we can issue a replacement or a full refund,
If the product has developed a fault, then you can return it to us within the *warranty period for a replacement or store credit,
Before returning the product, you will need to apply for a RMA number - please contact us at sales@laptopbattery.co.uk with the following information:
- Original Invoice Number or Order Number
- Model Number
- Serial Number of product
- Reason for return / Nature of Defect
We will then email you with the RMA number and return instructions,
Please send the item back to us with the RMA number clearly written on the outer packaging. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service**.
Once we have received the item, and verified the details, we will issue the store credit, refund or replacement as appropriate
If you inadvertently order an incompatible battery, charger or lamp, we will be happy to either provide the correct replacement, once identified, or issue a refund, as long as you let us know within seven days and send the product back in its original packaging and condition. Replacement items can only be dispatched, or refund can only be given after the returned product has been received back to laptopbattery.co.uk.
*Warranty period
Laptop batteries, Scanner batteries, UPS batteries: 12 months
Laptop Chargers: 24 months
Projector lamps: 6 months
** If you have difficulty returning the product, we can arrange collection of the product by one of our couriers for a charge of £12.50 to be deducted from any store credit issued or to be charged separately
Shipping
All products are shipped the same day as order is received* from our warehouse in Hampshire, UK, and are delivered next working day** to UK addresses.
We are currently offering free shipping on all orders***
*assuming item in stock and order received before 3:30pm. If item is not in stock, customer will be contacted with leadtime details and will be given the option to cancel the order for a full refund if leadtime s not acceptable
**We have next day delivery arrangements with our couriers, but we can't make any guarantees on their behalf. We can only commit to shipping the products from our warehouse within the timeframe stated
