    Battery works fine, only thing is though in devise settings it doesn't register it and says No battery which I presume is because it is not a HP Battery.

    We got the wrong battery delivered. I didn't have the part number when ordering and they decided which one it was from the laptop model number but I guess HP's records werent great (I couldn't work it out from that when I tried). I phoned up the next day with the battery part number as I had it to hand and they arranged collection of the wrong battery that day and posted the correct one immediately so I got it next day. As I say Amazing service. I am coming back to you for all my battery (and hopefully other laptop based) requirements
