Since having the error messages a couple of months ago there's been no further problems. In power saving mode I get more than 4 hours of watching video files which is almost my entire journey time. This is also more than twice as long as the std 6 cell battery.

Sorry about this Bruce
If refitting resolved the issue the problem should not cause issues further down the line - Many thanks
Packaging way over the top. For such a slim product, arrived in a box about 4 times bigger than necessary. Have been getting a few error messages saying that the battery is not recognised and can't be charged. Remove then refit battery seems to fix it but will it cause problems later?
